Anyone know where that App review list is gone to?

Hi,

This may be for just the GS veterans out there,
But any of you guys remember about 2 years ago there was this list that a member made of all these app review sites and he rated them in terms of submissions as well?, Anyone still know where that is? - Or am I just completely losing it.
