Testflight new build duplication (same version) - can you help?

Hey guys, i'm using Test Flight trying to upload a new build. When I increase the version number using GS publishing portal, and upload, I still get this message:

We've updated (app name) with your upload because a previous build with the same version number was found. If you would like to create a new build on your next upload, please change the value of CFBundleVersion or CFBundleShortVersionString.

Does anyone know what i'm doing wrong......or encountered this before? Thanks so much!
