Collide rule only working sometimes. Is this what it means for GS to crash?

The problem here is the collide is setup to make and attribute =1 which when 1 is equaled... the actor up top is triggered to spawn a block. then i have a timer on it to switch back the attribute to 0 after .3 seconds. that might be the problem...



im guessing if its not working on my computer it really wouldnt work on the iPhone, especially when i have 6 slots for cubes instead of just 3 x positions.

error happens at about 36 seconds.

    anyone have this problem also? or am i already passed the actor limit?

    Looks to me like it works fine. If you move to colliding objects into the same position it's gonna mess things up. That's how physics works.

    @tenrdrmer im sorry my mistake for not explaining correctly. when it collides its suppose to spawn a new actor. and thats the problem. it collided and didnt spawn anything. the spawn is being triggered by an attribute.

    Ah. Well that I don't know. You certainly don't have to many actor in the scene at that point. So I couldn't really tell ya based on the video. I'm sure it's just an error in your code though.

    ok cool, u said something about the timer causing errors so maybe ill try a different way to trigger it... thanks @tenrdrmer

    Hi, as you insinuated, it might have something to do with the timer changing the attribute... perhaps try change attribute to 0 in the spawned actor (so immediately its spawned, the attribute is reset.) Just a thought; hope it helps.
