Hi @luayidriss a good question. First to say there are many Forums on the internet as you know, and each have levels of membership, sometimes gained by the amount of threads started or answers given, help to forum community in different ways, etc. So levels of membership are given labels. Some of these can be quite imaginative depending on what the Forums are about.
In the case of the GameSalad forums, these levels are equally as imaginative, with the theme of a kitchen, inspired of course from "Salad" in "GameSalad". Hence Head Chef, Sous Chef, Line Cook, etc.
"Sous Chefs and Line Cooks are voluntary users who are granted early access to release candidates in exchange for feedback. Sous Chefs are also granted expanded privileges in the GameSalad forums."
And here are some relevant links.... surely I've gone overboard by giving too many but never mind... :-)
I'll add info to your thread title concerning your question, I'm sure you won't mind, so other members who maybe would like to ask the same question can see the answer.

@gyroscope went insanely overboard in his explanation.
heres the simple version.
Sous Chefs are Forum Moderators
Line Cooks are Pre-Release beta testers. before the nightly builds all line cooks would receive new versions of GameSalad in the weeks prior to an update Release so it could be field tested for bugs. The nightly builds program has basically negated the need for the Line cook but its still a cool title so why take it away from those who earned it.
I'm glad that's cleared because I always thought it was a reward given for being really helpful in their answers, providing example templates, and coming up with cool/efficient ways of doing something. Basically just being an all round diamond.
