.scene commands , HELPP!!!

in Working with GS (Mac)
so i'v seen maybe videos about changing the size of camera so it can fit ipad,iphone,ipod but i tried to looks for scene.camera but i cant find it anywhere, please help and tell me how to add : change att -> Scene.camera
