Hey all,

My boss asked me if I could make an app with multiple twitter accounts to acces on a menu bar.

So for example:

Three Twitter accounts, three links, each link goes to a separate scene with a twitter accounts, which shows the tweets of that account.

I know it's all PRO-based.. but that could do. Is this possible with GS, never worked with tweetsheet or whatever.
Just checking..

No. You can only tweet, not access and pull twitter information.

You don't assign twitter accounts in GS that is handled by the device twitter settings. One button will promp the user to sign in to their account and they can sign in to any of their accounts. The tweet feature doesn't post to your account but the users. You can have a predefined message the user can tweet from their account that one can track via a # tag. Read the cookbook on the twitter behavior and what it does.

yea, tweetsheet allows you to tweet a predetermined message to whatever account is signed into the built in twitter function. you can also attach an image if you want. that's really it.

Ahh.. okay. But links can always work so I could make an app with links which link thru a new windows with a certain twitter account right?

Nope. Twitter only works to the users twitter period. Even if you linked to a twitter page the user would need to sign in to the account.

I might be looking stupid here.. but if I make an own website I could link to a twitter account and people can read if they log in.

Of course they need to log in on twitter to see other twitter accounts, just like facebook, but like that it can on a website..

Should work on GS too then too? Just linking to an external twitter page, user gets redirected, and there logs in and can see the twitter account?

It's more like, in my job, many collegues have twitter and like this a user can download the app and one of the qualities of this app must be so user can see all available twitter accounts, so the idea is just linking.

you can open an embedded url to anything you want with Pro. so yes, as long as you can view what you want in mobile safari, you can view it within GS
