  you can build games for any device in the windows creator even if there isn't a specific dropdown. just edit the scene/camera size manually.
  
  that being said, you MUST use a mac to actually publish any iOS game.

  or
  - 568*320

  You can make your game on your PC, and then copy it to Mac, and just publish it
