My game while using mac mountain lion 10.8.4

Or do i need 10.8.5?

    as long as you can install xcode 5 you should be ok

    you dont even need to install xcode 5 atm.

    xcode 4.6 is fine. You just cant use xcode to copy apps or profiles to IOS7 but you can use iphone/ipad configuration utility which you can download free from apple.com
