Pause keeps moving my background?

Hi guys,

I have a problem. I am making a game, size is for iPad, and i have an actor that shrinks the size down when on different devices. It works well, but, when ever i press my pause button, the entire background just shifts downwards. I am really confused and unsure how to resolve it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    i would recommend making a custom pause button, check out tshirt booths tutorial

    this would solve your issue, but it envolves time
