Hi guys,

again, I've been gone for a much too long time.
Over the last year, I've been building our house (close to finished now), we had our second baby... and of course I've been creating a new app. Quantumsheep has been following it quite closely and maybe some of you have also discovered it by now.

Now that this is done, I'll go back to Gamesalad for some overdue updates to all the rest of my apps.
Gosh, I even wanted to create some templates, but never found the time (sorry for letting you wait @tenrdrmer!!!). Hope this gets better once we moved into our new home and I can concentrate on app development again.

    The concept is pretty good! I've spotted and interesting trend. Best GS creators often, switch to other game dev tools. I wonder, will this trend continue.

    Awesome game mechanic @gamesmold. Did you used UDK or Unity for this one? I´ve working in a Unity game but having problems with realitime shadows (low fps).

    At the moment, it's featured in Europe and Asia on the iTunes Home Page...

    It's Unity.
    Yes, it took a lot of optimization to keep up a good framerate, but now it works well even on iPod touch 4, iPhone 3GS and iPad1. And on the newer devices it even has a nice subtle fog effect...

    Not more than usual. Promo Codes for some review websites and of course the youtube video.
    But I guess this doesn't depend on your marketing efforts, as it is being decided by the editorial team, anyway.

    Bought this as soon as it was released, amazing. This is one of the more original games I have played in a long time.

    That was version 1.0.1 then, I guess? If you updated to 1.0.2 and if you also like the tweaks of that version, please feel free to give it a rating (as the update killed off the previous ratings, as usual...).

    At least now I know that an early update doesn't keep an app from getting featured (which I always suspected) :)

    Bought it, tested on my iPad Mini and iPhone 4 (almost smooth on iPhone 4 only some lag on character selector) played the 3 first levels, impressive work for a 1 man studio. You´re an inspiration to me, you have great modeling, animation and texturing skills, your coding is good also and the game concept is original. God gave you an incredible talent/gift for sure. Good luck with the sales and sorry my english!

    Thank you, thank you all very much! :)

    Yes, modelling, texturing, animation, design and coding was done by me. I also did the sound effects.
    But the great music was done by my good old friend Moritz Horvath, as always...!

    You have a great talent, your games have some kind of pure art!

    In my opinion the only thing to change is the icon, you need something more "funny" and "easy"
    Especially for the Japanese market

    love your work @gamesmold but just a question, how long did it take you to learn unity?
    because im not sure whether to learn java, unity, or udk
