Getting money from Apple

When I have a minimum that Apple will send, they will send it automatically or a need to request payment?

    They will send automatically. Once you hit the min threshold.

    Edit: normally in the first week of the month, it will be in your account

    Can I somehow delay it till I gather a bigger sum?
