Do Android IAPs work for Apps distributed from Google Play?

Hello.

Do Android IAPs work if App was downloaded from Google Play?

Would the App get rejected by Google Play since the IAP is via Amazon?

    The amazon iap only work on the kindle I think. Or at lest only on apps distributed through the amazon app atore
