PC version invisible Actors...

Well i had big problems With the actors i dragged on just was not visible. after a whle i saw the number in the x and why positioning indicator was extreemly high...wich means the actor places itself in randomly different positions and often very far away fom the screen workarea so i just changed them to 0 everytime and poof! there it was...it seems everytime u drag actors in u need to manually Write the coords for it to be seen and everytime u change the positioning With the mouse u need to do it manually again. just Write the same numbers thats allready there.

    This never happens to me whenever I use the Windows Creator, but apparently it does not just for you but for a lot of other Windows users as well.

    I have a feeling it has something to do with the version of your OS, etc.

    In any case, it has been indicated a couple of times that the excess values past the decimal point is what is displacing the Actors. If you drag it onto the scene and it falls on X=80.23 and Y=223.04 simply delete the values after the decimal point and it should solve the problem. Although I think that's the same thing you meant by "just Write the same numbers thats allready there."

    Check this post out. It's to do with settings in Windows for how the decimal point is shown

    @KevinCross
    I see you really bookmarked that page! Great find :) what a weird issue, though.

    Yeah bookmarked for a friend. Unfortunately though I failed to get them interested in GameSalad :(
