so i can make a lock, but then should i make it so it is just a lock for the locked levels or make it show the icon with a lock in it?

Personally I would go for showing the lock just for the locked levels so no unlocked image for the unlocked levels.

for the number icons should i make the whole icon a lock or just have a lock in it?
