Publishing an app to the app store! -READ ALL-

Hello,
I have been working on an app for the app store and Finally am done with it. I have a Mac which can not be updated due to it being my University's (Version 10.6.2). So how do I publish my app to the app store? Please tell me step by step. REMEMBER: I can not download gamesalad on the Mac due to it being outdated.

    unfortunately you are stuck. You need the latest version of game salad in order to publish with, the older versions (pre 10) can't publish anything, and 10.3 and newer are required for changes put in place by apple last spring.

    maybe you can download parallels or some virtual software and install mavericks?
