Just says Installing.... But never does

I am doing a test app. Added it to iTunes and after doing a sync the app gets added to my ipad... But it say "Installing" but never does.

Anyone ever have the same problem? Any ideas?

    @marten78, may I ask why your doing it through iTunes??? You should be doing it through xCode. Connect your device to your computer, launch xCode, open the Organizer, select applications under your connected device, then drag your file into the application section then it will upload to your device. This is how you should be doing it!

    Have you added your iPads UDID to the list of devices to be tested with in Apple Developer Portal? That usually happens when you try to add an app to a device and it has not been added to the list of testing devices.
