How to count app size?

in Working with GS (Mac)
When in Gamesalad it wrote my app size was about 65mb. However, after making it into an .app, it is about 105mb. After zipping it for delivery via Application loader, it's 95mb. What will it be in the App Store? It's important that it's below 100mb.

    When you use resolution independence a duplicate set of images in the smaller size is added. This is why the size increases. The file size should be approximately the zip size. See my video on reducing file size before publishing.

    So I shouldn't use resolution independence? I don't even know what's that. So I'm safe then for now if my zip is 95mb?
