Why Does This Universal Build Not Work?

Hi, I'm currently working on my game, right now I'm working on making a universal build for the game, but I don't know why my method won't work :/
Heres what I tried:

Basically I'm trying to move the actor to the correct position on the screen (if the device is not an iPhone 5), But it does not work ~X( is there any other way of doing this? Thanks

You have to constrain not change to. I use that method all the time and it works, but you have to constrain. And I don't believe it will show up properly in preview. You have to test it on the device, because that is how it detects the screen size, based upon the devices actual screen size.

Preview does detect screen size. I use the method above all the time. But do it different. Use the does not = also try remaking the rule. I had some rules recently that got corrupted releated to screen size attributes calls for some reason.
