ChillBoxChillBox Member, PRO Posts: 115
Hello Friends,
I am interested in buying games from you!
I pay between $ 10-100 per game.
If you want to sell your game, post here the link to your game in the appstore!

maybe you are interested in this game? I only sell it once and you get full rights for it. I wont resell it or publish it myself.

you can play it here http://arcade.gamesalad.com/g/113358

    Here are some screenshots :)

@Talo, I have actually finished a sports trivia game with an icon if you would like to see it? (EDIT: The game is like a football version of logo quiz. I have not yet published it to the app store if you would like to check it out.) If you like I can also send you the source code to some of my games on the app store like Light Up Mazes or Boggle My Mind. Check them out and let me know

Am I reading you correctly in thinking you're saying you'll pay between $10 and $100 for a full game with all assets and all rights for you to then publish on the App Store yourself?

Heck who would sell a full game for $100? That is crazy.

For once me and Bacon are in agreement...

I have several games I would actually consider selling, but $100 would be at the absolute bottom end of any imaginable scale, even for simple little ones like mine. My bigger games... I'd not even consider selling.

I posted that I thought it was a rip-off and then figured, "why bother, people are going to sell them if they think it's worth it," so I deleted my post.

Personally, if I work for 50 hours on a game and then sell it for $100, I can't see the point in making $2/hr for my time. And that doesn't include art or audio so in reality it's much less than that. I'd rather take my chances in the App Store. Even if I make $0 at least the game is still mine to do what I want with and to be proud of.

    @tatiang +1 as well…

It's even worse than that, isn't it, Dave, this chancer is saying he'll pay $10 to $100 for a full game… $10… for a full game….

@Talo A UK expression you might or might not be aware of… you're havin' a laugh….

I ought to close this thread too but I'll leave it open too with a reason similar to @tatiang … but I might change my mind…

@Talo A question: how do you intend to pay people for their games? And will you pay before you receive the game, or after? Have you a legally binding contract? What sort of game are you expecting where you'll pay $10? What about the $100 games, ten times more levels, or what?

Here @Talo This is one! The goal is to push the enemy out before the time runs out, it's actually pretty hard. The Hero follows your finger. Easily customizable and easy to make some great levels.

But seriously this is about as good as your going to get from this thread. Best to just make games yourself.

Very nice, love the little touches like the square and the word 'winner', very slick.

Here's my $10 game, 'TouchTheSquare™', you need to touch the square, every time you do you get a cool million points and a chance to touch the square again, but . . . . and here's the kicker . . . the square repositions itself between touches ! It's nonstop crazy crazy game action fun.
