sliding menu with non movable actor

So I have a sliding menu, and i'm trying to keep the name of the game in one position for the entire scene, without sliding.
I'm using the free coverflow menu template from deep blue apps.

Any ideas how I can do this?

    Put the actor that displays the name of your game in a non movable layer.

    there is no reason why it should not work
    first;
    1)go into layers there should be two layers. 1 should be ticked to be scrollable, the other unticked to its not scrollable

    you then make sure your text is in the non scrollable layer, an everything els in the scrollable layer.

    put the scrollable layer below the unscrollable layer and your done.
