Is it really Possible to make Skype?

So I was wondering if its possibly to do like a skype thing on Gamesalad. cause One of gamesalad USers made like an instagram thing and it was just shocking!

    I dont think its possible as there is no multiplayer feature (yet) and no speak thingy ;)

    His title says made a skype.....but his paragraph says Instagram....totally different programs. Same concept but different

    Edit: I think he is talking about I think it was someone from gshelper that made that social app(in something other than gamesalad) but was talking about it on here.

    The Guy who made doodle Destroy. made the app called Iskate. Its like Instagram video thing. Go check it out

    That was not made with GameSalad.

    As way of explanation, GameSalad has no support for video recording, no support for access to the photo album, no support for native keyboards, and no support for social media comments. And that's just what I've gathered from the app screenshots.
