Overscan

More n00b questions......
So, I bought a template that is apparently old and designed for legacy / iPhone 4 resolution.
I tested adhoc on iPhone 4 and iPad and it looks good, however, I don't have an iPhone 5 to test with.
I have read that apple will reject letterbox apps so I am forced to choose overscan, is this correct??

And most importantly, when I choose overscan, will this stretch the game on the iPhone 5 so much that parts of the game will be taken out of the visible area?

    You can see what overscan will look like in creator by selecting the iPhone in the drop down menu when previewing. And yes letter boxing can get you rejected.
