GS Project Resizer

Hello!

I've heard good things about this GS Project Resizer and having it would make my life a lot easier. BUT deep blue apps says it is not available, and has said this for the past few months. Does anyone know how I could get my hands on this?

Thanks

I don't know if you can still get it now but I asked him about that a couple of months ago and he said you can still get it just email him to arrange it.

I currently have it and it does not work correctly on this version of gamesalad. It was discontinued by them. They now have a Gs Quick Resizer that works well: http://www.deepblueapps.com/gs-quick-resizer/

The scene merger can definitely help as long as you have it. You can finish your game, customize the interface and then merge it to every scene, or if you forget or want to add something you can simply add it to the hud.

@ictc, @deepblueapps is very responsive to questions about templates or sales of products. If you contacted them, I'm sure you'll hear back.

Im sure they will respond...Im certain somehow Im the one that screwed up...I don't know how but I was not going to purchase that...I just wanted the resized...I was wanting to hear back from them before I purchased either the scene merger or the project merger...I know now the scene merger isn't what Im looking for with my particular issue but I can def see where it will be beneficial in future games when I have many scenes...

it just sucks now because if they say yes you need the project merger...Ill have to buy it and now have spent a nice hunk of change for it...over all it will be worth it I guess...Ive been struggling with my issue for months...Im stuck.

@ictc The GS Quick Resize is free but the GS Project Resizer is not you can find it here http://www.deepblueapps.com/gs-project-resizer/ it says it is no longer available but when I last spoke to him he said I could still buy it if I wanted to. You might be able to get if for your $16 if you can't get a refund.

It seems they took the app down due to some technical issues which aren't actually defined. I'm sure someone who has used the app may be able to provide more details.

However, @deepblueapps did leave a post on here with some instructions on how to purchase if you still want it. I was interested in purchasing the app for my GS programmer, but I'd really like to have more information what those issues are before forking over $40. According to the post I mentioned (you can find it here in the forums by doing a search for the project resizer) Darren says the app still does what it's supposed to do, but it's not a "magic button" fix as most folks expect it to be. My assumption is that once one uses the app he or she still has some work to do getting the project to function they way it did before it was resized.

Really, I just need it so my GS programmer can resize and play around with their free Street Fighter template, which is terrific for a freebie. There's a remote possibility we may be able to do something with it. (I'll be posting some character designs and fight animation in the coming days for those who might be interested.)

At any rate, you can still buy it if you want it. Just find the "Picture Wave" app on the deepblueapps.com website. I had to google it. Add that to the cart and then you'll see an option to buy it on the upsell page. You can delete the Picture Wave app and continue with the purchase of the resizer.

    Perhaps this helps: http://forums.gamesalad.com/discussion/32594/resizing-to-ipad-technique/p1
I don't use the GS Project Resizer because it is kinda obsolete. (While it was great at the time)
