Getting irritated my Pro renewal still not active.

Okay I renewed my Pro account and it's going on three days now! I have important clients I need to tend to. I paid via paypal so I know they received my cash. I am a big support of GS but come on. We're talking the most basic of services here and money is involved. When I spend money I expect results in a reasonable time frame.

    I have always wondered, is it manual or automatic process when updating or becoming Pro?
    Hope it gets worked out for you and its just a hiccup.

    I think the server updates yesterday may have delayed things. I guess they have to manage everything due to pirates and how slow paypal is.

    It's worth putting the appointment in your own calendar, and putting another in a month or so beforehand as a pre-warning to yourself. You can actually pay anytime, ahead of schedule.

    But yes, it'd be a good to get a few different warnings from Game Salad, like how the iOS Developer License reminders work... 1 month before, 2 weeks before, 1 week before.

    Sorry to hear about the delay, mine ran out last week and when I renewed it it came right back on. Actually quicker than I expected.

    Update bob at support emailed me and set my account to pro for free while they sort out the billing error. Thanks Bob!
