Here is a short video of my new game coming out before Christmas. 60 levels, Free (Ad supported).

My screen capture software slows the frame rate down a tad and the colors are much richer in the real game.

I don't think anything is wrong with your frame rate....and very nice looking layout and options with audio and scrolling menu....AND most important...the game play looks easy enough to understand...and very playable...2 thumbs up !

Thanks, Obviously this is only the first two levels so it's pretty basic stuff. Just getting players used to the controls. In later levels there are hazards to avoid touching and moving platforms.

Nice gfx, I do hope that you credit @DeepBlueApps though for using their great Rolling Bones template.

Yes I did start with Rolling Bones but have added much to it. ;)

@DeepBlueApps has been a big inspiration in my game development.

Looks good! One thing I thought of that *might* look cool: Try making the background move to the right or left slowly, and wrap the scene. Possibly consider making the scene longer to either side and the image as well.

Not sure why, just seems to make that this'd be even more "interactive" if the background was shifting slightly. No idea if it would really like good though. ;)

    Best of luck with it!

Looks nice dude. Not sure I agree with @JSproject though, if you've paid for the template and you've changed it enough.

@Loaded, Oh I meant I'll give DBA proper credit in the forums. Darren has been very helpful over the past year as I've learned how to develop. :)

Today I've added some "in level" feedback as to how many stars you've earned. I think this will make for smoother game play for those users who want to get 3 stars before moving on to the next level.

@richcoy Nice…but with a few simple additions you can bring life to the game. Add facial expressions to the ball, look left moving left look right moving right and wide open Ahhhhhhhhhh….expression when falling, and perhaps eating the snowflake??.And some SFX during those actions. Also when the ball drops down to the next snow platform use particles to send up some snow bits. Some background effects would add dimension too.
I have a list of things that could bring this to life so open your mind and give the user some eye candy.

Very nice ... Good luck with downloads ;-)

Thanks @ironDan. Some of the things you mentioned about animating the ball I tried to play with but the Animate rule was not working well so I scrapped much of that. Seemed like only the first frame of the animation was playing for a split second. Thought maybe it was because the actor is unlocked in the scene. I had a six frame blink sequence that just would not run no matter how I set it up.

Anyway, I've added the random snow to the background of the levels, and they look like they swirl when the camera turns.
