tizen sdk cant find secuirty profiles

on the windows version i cant find this area, as @Codewizard mentioned in his txt tutorial;

step 4) open the preferences, "window, navigate to tizen SDK - security profiles

i cant find this on the windows version

please help

@jonmulcahy i did, but im on a pc and he is on a mac, and i did what he does, but this step 4 isnt there on the pc
