THE REQUEST TIMED OUT-- trying to publish

in Working with GS (Mac)
Every time I try to publish my game it loads for a few minutes then it stops for a while and a pop up comes up saying the request timed out!

Does anyone know how to fix this because nothing's working :((

    Restart your router.

    I just restarted my router and tried again but it still says "the request timed out." Does anyone know if there's anything else I could do?

    I think that i know how to fix it
    you have to change your name to (Coin_toss)
    if your name have a space it will not work
    or
    go to http://gamesalad.com/support
    ask them to change your name to (Coin_toss)
    then publish again
    it happen to me the same issue before a year ago
    i hope it will fix

    I just tried that and it didn't work either!

    @saif is right. You might need to wait for support to look at it on Monday but names with spaces and special characters cause issues.
