Error with my first game, please help me! CRASH!

Hello, Recently I publish my game in game salad and i have two problem:
1º- Appear powered by game salad, how can I kill this?
2º- After of GS Message my game exit.

    Google say that my app is compatible with my device, but I test in two samsung galaxy ace and nothing, can you test in your device? Thanks in advance!

    Works fine on my Sony Xperia T. I had the same issue as you did with my own game - Google play said it was compatible with my phone but it kept crashing.

    I had to add a 'Loading screen' scene and that seemed to make it work.

    Try that. And, to get rid of the 'powered by gamesalad' you need to add a loading image in the publisher but I keep mine in.

    what version of gamesalad are you using? i'm guessing it's a very old one. that 'powered by gamesalad' was removed from free builds a long long time ago, and since then there have been bug fixes that fix android games from crashing.

    you gotta upgrade to the latest one to fix the issues.

    I have the latest Windows version of GS and I get the 'powered by GS' but that's because I removed the loading image in GS publisher.

    Maybe he is using an older windows version? If you are, don't click on 'check for updates' - there was a problem with it - just download a new version of GS and install it

    i keep forgetting about the windows version :)

    in that case make sure you upload a custom load screen when publishing

    hey!! @jigglybean and @johnmulcahy I use the last version of GS for Mac but i Think that my mobile is a suck.where in the publish I must add the image? and kill the "powered by Gamesalad"?

    on the publishing page for your app scroll down and you'll see a section where you can upload an image.

    no, you have to be in the android section, that looks like the arcade section
