My app was rejected because of small icon missing. where to add? (apple)

hey all,
My app(s) were rejected because there is a small icon is missing.
where can I add the image? do I add this on the gamesalad publishing site and upload new binary or can I add it somewhere else on itunesconnect?

image 0 is blank and image 1 is the large icon with image.

    Accepted Answer
    You have to upload the image to the Gamesalad Publishing site, make a new build and then reupload.

    Gamesalad creates the icon that will be visible on the device. The larger icon is used on iTunes, etc.
