help, new to this stuff-buy template

hey everyone im trying to buy this template pack

and i put in all my card details and click purchase but it just leads me to an error page, and says cannot complete transaction?
iv never made an online purchase before as i only recently got my mastercard debit.
also note im Australian

help please :(

    There seems to be contact info on the website.

    GameSalad is not affiliated to that site and i doubt that users here will be able to give you an answer.

    When you purchase something online, the transaction is between you and that company. If you are having problems with making purchases you should contact the seller directly.

    Also, if you are new to online transactions, I strongly recommend that you stick to well-known sites and brands. You'll find that in relation to GameSalad, that means the GameSalad Marketplace, GSHelper.com, and DeepBlueApps.com. Even then, you should always exercise caution when making any online purchase.

    If you are unable to purchase something from those sites, you may need to ask your bank for assistance.
