how can i zoom/magnify my scene workspace?

So I'm not seeing any thing to zoom in on my workspace?

Like in photoshop or illustrator, the magnifying glass. It's driving me crazy!!

No such thing that I am aware of. I think that is one of the reasons a lot of people design in iPad resolution.
