could not find bundle name in plist

Hi Gamesalad forum when try signing my tizen app it comes with this error message bellow
I have no idea what to do because I have tried to log in again and i cant find any other things that could be the problem

any help will be greatly appriciated

    do not click 'sign app' use the 'download' button right to it

    didn't work for me - now I'm getting "no .app bundles found in the package". I'm wondering if anyone got successful here with the GameSalad publishing - so many frustrated and helpless people in this community...

    When I try to upload the basic file unsigned I get:

    "The Author Signature is missing from the binary.
    Check if the Author Signature is valid in IDE and upload the binary file again."

    Make sure your app status in iTunesConnect is in "Waiting for Upload" otherwise you will get multiple errors.
