Using tables to unlock items

So I have a lot of unlock ables in this new game that I'm creating... Now I wanna do tables to make a system where I can track and program that easily.... Do any of you know of any great tutorials to do this online or anything because I'm in desperate need! Thanks

I'm not sure I understand that since YouTube is a video site but, whatever works for you.
