Can i publish an APK file just for own use?

im developing an android game for my thesis and i wonder if i can published or get the *.apk file on my phone without upgrading into premium acount? would that be possible? thnks alot
need the answer ASAP :)

    You need to have a pro account to publish to Android. If you can select Kindle you can package your .apk but it will only run on a kindle as kindle publishing was free as part of the Amazon promotion but it might not be the case any more. I suggest you publish your app then see what options are available for you. Cheers ;-)
