I uploaded a gamesalad file to google drive then when I re download it, it says, "unable to read file". Does anyone know how I can avoid this? I am trying to share the file.
I can open the original file, un uploaded, just fine.

I always keep a zipped copy of my project on Google drive and other locations, have never experienced it. Try zipping it, maybe.

i use dropbox with gs projects all the time, and open them on different mchines without error.

only thing i can think of is that maybe google drive is seeing the file as a zipped folder and breaking the formatting.

Just experiencing a problem with gDrive this morning after linking my two macs. Drive does read the project files as folders, and that's what's giving me problems when it tries to sync. I guess it sees that there is a file and a folder of the same name, and doesn't overwrite the project file already on my mac when it does the comparison.

This sucks because I really can't tell which file is the most current version now. :(
