How do you create Lock/Unlock levels in your game?

I am creating a game with multiple levels but, I want the other levels to stay locked until the one before is beat? Any help?

There are a lot of tutorials and free demo projects for this. I'd recommend taking a look at this free demo from @DeepBlueApps - It shows how to lock and unlock levels using tables, which is the way to go these days.
