when i run gamesalad it crashes

hey there. I installed the 0.8.6 gamesalad, but when i try to open it, the program gets a little far then crashes. It opens and the starting window pops up but then it freezes and crashes. How can i fix this?

    Ah, there's your problem... you need the rest of the computer too... not just the processor :P

    Well you normally get a bit more action out of it than that but....GS is still pretty buggy so who knows??

    lol yeah i have the mac too. but nah its not working. I even searched for older versions of GS and tried them but they don't work either

    CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo
    RAM: 2gigabytes of the one with R3 at the end
    OS Version: 10.5.2
    Free Disk Space: 52gigabytes

    Odd... runs fine on my CoreSolo Mac Mini... and when I say fine I mean it only crashes every ten minutes or so :P

    try upgrading your OS to something newer than 10.5.2, it supports 10.5 and up but 10.5.2 is awfully old. You should upgrade to 10.6 anyways, it's a lot more stable and actually faster on those older macbooks.
