Jumping higher in Preview then on the phone.... a GS problem?

Here is my problem, When I test my game inside of GameSalad on my mac I get the right jump height, the height I programed for... when I test this inside of the GS previewer on my phone I lose at least 30% of that same jump height. Why is this happening? It seems like they should be more consistent.

I have worked with GS for about 4+ years now and it always seems like there is something GS isn't doing right, I hate this because it makes you second guess everything you do with this engine and it is the reason why I haven't re-uped on the pro membership. While I really love the ease of use that GS provides its problems like the one above that have plagued me throughout the past 4 years.

Sorry for the little rant... just frustrating, should I not be testing inside of the phone viewer and just export the game as an app then test it?

As always thanks in advance
Rob

But if you're basing a timed movement such as jumping off of the Mac's processor and memory and then assuming it will work the same on a mobile device, I think that's inaccurate. I can't say for sure why your jump doesn't work consistenly but the rule of thumb is to test on the device -- adhoc if possible, but at least GS Viewer.
