Amazon IAP failure

I have just used @FryingBaconStudios videos to get my Amazon IAP up and running. It worked beautifully through the emulator showing the IAP transaction as successful. I submitted the App for review and go this rather unhelpful rejection reason:

Bug Description:IAP Item In Progress
Steps to Reproduce:

1.Install and launch the app.
2.Continue the tutorial.
3.Tap on "lock icon".
4.IAP in progress is found on the device.

Anyone share any experience like this?
Do I read it as the IAP progress is found but does not execute and finish?

I had an app that passed with the MD5 that was provided by amazon, not sure if i'm just lucky that it got through or it actually worked. haven't actually seen a single sales from IAP so it's hard to tell.

Thanks @ultima Did they give you an MD5 code from your request? I assumed we had to take if from our own keystone.

IAP in progress is curious. Did you're in apps say complete in the developer portal? If so did you submit them after everything was filled in?

one other thing that I did was to make sure that my IAP item does not have special characters as FryingBaconStudios suggested. again not sure if i just got lucky and it slipped through, but i had tried to submit for no less than 10 times. maybe they just got tired of rejecting it haha.

    Thanks @ultima and @FryingBaconStudios

Not sure what you mean FBS. I believe the IAP section was complete in the portal…I will just check. HELL! You are a genius FBS how did you know? It was not complete - I forgot the screenshot section. Maybe that is why - I hope so!

BTW ultima I did not use any special characters and I like you perseverance…I will take on that. Sorry to hear you have not had any actual purchases.

Thanks @FryingBaconStudios and @ultima. My Kindle App with IAP has been approved today on Amazon. Could not have done it without you.

How did I know? Well you said the test went good so I knew all the SKU's we're correct and the clue was the word "IN PROGRESS" to me that meant work in progress. And that lead to the next logical step...are the complete and submitted...wahla...welcome inside my head...LOL

@FryingBaconStudios‌ We leveraged your tutorial for Amazon IAP's and everything went great, but now that it is live in the google play store the IAP's do not work. When we click the buttons nothing happens, but in the iOS version it works fine (obviously the sku's are in the android version and changed in iOS accordingly).

Are there issues commonly associated with Amazon IAP on the Play Store we should be looking into? Any and all feedback is appreciated!

Android Iap only works for apps sold through amazon.
