What happened to my Pro status?

I recently, last month, renewed my Pro and there was an error on the payment end and they compt me until it was resolved. they resolved it but it seems they forgot to update it from the comp status Arrrrggg! Come on Guys! So much for testing out multiplayer. Damn I'm pissed off! I can deal with the bugs and stuff but again you screw up my account I paid for and ruin the time I set aside to learn multiplayer.

    I'm almost tempted to show you what we've come up with in the multiplayer world.... ;) But I won't. In all seriousness, sorry this happened to you. It's kinda odd -- I remember you having an issue like this last month, as you said.

    Same with me. I published an app too amazon a while ago and never got my Pro. they told me they would resolve the issue but never did. It's not as bad since I didn't have to pay but I still want to try multiplayer!
    Hope you get it fixed soon.

    You need to submit a support ticket via the website not in the forums.

    probably good to tag @codewizard or @blackcloakgs, they sometimes check on the weekends.

    it does seem I can still use the nightly build. Hmm Curious.

    Probably software issues. But its a bugger when you set time a side. You could always make another video ;)

    @Shadow_Development‌ This thread is six weeks old... I'm not sure why you're scared to upgrade. FryingBaconStudios has been working on Multiplayer and nightly builds almost continually since then. He just didn't bother to update this thread. I'm going to close this but if you have any questions, please feel free to send a private message to me.
