Playhaven random questions

On the Playhaven site, there are many options after you set up a game that is live. But in the Performance Overview there are a ton of option below the graph for interstitial and banner ads etc. All of them say "No Active Ads" etc. next to them. Do I need to set these up in some way for Playhaven to actually work with my Gamesalad game? And is the only way to know that Playhaven is working, as far as revenue goes, to wait 60 days until I maybe see a payment?

I can see ads in my game downloaded from the App Store, so I know it's working. I'm just concerned that I have missed something in the Playhaven web portal...since I couldn't locate any Playhaven tutorials or guides that go past the Gamesalad integration part.

    All of the Playhaven back end is handled by Gamesalad. Signing up for an account there does no good and serves no purpose. Unfortunately because of the deal with Playhaven you have to wait for any payment updates from Gamesalad.

    Yes! You must add PH via web publishing, and you can't See the reports...
