How to add Score per second?

Hello,I'm trying to make a cookie clicker sort of game ,
I got my Cookie,menu..etc
But I just need to know how to do one thing.
How can the game add 1 cookie per second to the score when the players buys an upgrade?

Constrain 'score' to floor(game.time).
Thanks but On which actor do i put the behavior?
It doesn't matter, but I would do it on the actor showing the score.
