Colliding problems

LordTarantorLordTarantor Member, PRO Posts: 890

I have a rule on the blocks that say:
If self color alpha is 1
Collide with hero

Then sometimes the blocks are alpha 0 and sometimes they are alpha 1

The hero runs and jump into the block.
The problem is that he keeps colliding with the alpha 0 blocks.
Why is this happening???

You need to put the "if alpha is 1 Collide with hero" into a timer (every 0 seconds)

it keeps doing it. The hero collides well with the alpha 1 blocks. The problem is that it keeps colliding

Then please post a screen shot of your collide rule.

Does your hero maybe still have a collide in him?

    Here is the pic

The hero doesn't have a collide attribute.

@LordTarantor, I tested your code, because sometimes "Constrain Attribute"s give problems, but what you are showing seems fine. Working for me.

The problem must be elsewhere. Again, does your Hero maybe still have a collide in him? Does the Alpha of the block actually change?

Yes the alpha changes. I have the Scene x wrap and when the block comes to the scene it goes before thru an actor that which when the block overlap or collide with it it goes at random to 0 or 1.
