Santa Go! Help :)

Really new to all of this.

So if you are familiar with the template Santa Go! you know that @ random the cars come out towards you. I've changed something, and now the cars come out at a random time in the beginning but once it's chose a moment it stays at that setting. For example, I start the game, and if the car comes out @ 8 seconds it will now come out every 8 seconds. I'll hit restart and start again, if it comes out at the 10th second I can now predict every 10 seconds the car will come out towards me.

    Why not just use a timer for every 'random(5,15)'

    This will spawn cars randomly between 5 and 15 seconds, you would obviously change this.
