Now is the time to market it. Use your free app codes. Send free app codes to websites that will review your app. Post fee codes in forums. Put a new update out every two weeks. New updates mean 50 more free app codes to use. I have ten different forums that I give out free app codes to. My next app (Not a GS app) should be out in a couple of days and I will post some free codes here. This will really help your sales. I did not do this on some of my apps, but I do now. Good luck.

@ jamesboucher, have your non-GS apps given you good or okay sales?

On my first couple of none GS apps had good sales for the first couple of weeks. Then I had a major drop. On the next couple I used my free codes and put a new update out every couple of weeks and this extended my sales for about six weeks before I had the major drop. Now the four apps sale anywhere between 10 to 20 a week. I actually had just as good sales with my GPhone apps. I have ten apps on the Google market place that sale about the same as the IPhone, but are priced higher.

    Nice interview :)

I just got a mail from Apple saying Singularity Drive Prologue is available for sale in iTunes, but it isn't. Jhaas, did you have to wait any time before getting your email and it going on sale? Anyone else have experience with this?

    Cheers,

    QS :)

EDIT - I went into iTunes Connect and changed the release day to today. I imagine there's a short waiting period before it appears on the store?

The old trick of updating your release date doesn't seem to work anymore. I did that a couple of days ago when my app became available, but it showed up on the Oct 1st date.(#$%% Apple)

It usually takes an hour or so before an app will show on the store.

    Hope that helps :)

    Congrats, jhass!

I'll be buying a copy as soon as it's available on the US App Store.

I made the mistake of editing the avail date(I was in the wrong app). I've corrected this and hopefully the app should reappear in an hour or so.

    oops. :)
