A lot of you hire an artist, but a 12 or 13 kid can't hire an artist by your self. So how old are you?

It hurts my brain analysing this question. I have tried to deconstruct it with logic…

How is my age going to affect your decision or situation. Are you asking what is the youngest age that you can hire an artist…is this a legal question??
@Seva2000 I do not want to diminish your question - perhaps English is a second language for you - but this question you ask is very ambiguous.
I am glad you said it before I did @lycettebros. It too was hurting my brain to the point I could't figure out how to ask the right questions. LOL
If you can't hire an artist directly, for whatever reason, there are lots of places online you can purchase already created art, like www.istockphoto.com, www.dreamstime.com, etc. You'd just want to check their individual licensing agreements so you know which license to purchase for the art you want to buy.
The GameSalad Terms Of Service (http://gamesalad.com/terms) state that you must be 13 years or older to use the forums and that if you are under 18 you must have parental consent.
