Template doesnt work

in Working with GS (PC)

Hey,

I bought flappy wings. I can open the project, but I cant testing the game. In the preview mode I see only a black screen and some of the graphics ...

I have Windows 8.1 and I installed the latest creator version, also the offline version.

    If you purchased a template from a third-party vendor, then you will need to contact the vendor directly for support.

    You might see if any of this applies: forums.gamesalad.com/discussion/59247/windows-creator-first-stop-if-you-experience-unexpected-behaviours.

    Oh sorry, I just assumed it was from Deep Blue Market (part of DeepBlueApps). They have a template called Flappy Wings (Flappy Bird). I now see it's the same as on the GS Marketplace.

    If you purchased it from the GameSalad Marketplace, you'll still need to contact GameSalad Support.

    Thanks for your help, your first link helping me. I have a german windows 8.1 and after I set in the region settings the "," to "." it worked. Thanks!!
