Here's a simple (mac only) program that fixes all png files of a gamesalad project (by converting them to 8 bits/channel).

Download for Mac

PC version available upon request.

    Thanks all!

    I can also make other simple tools for free. For example I made a physics attribute changer tool, that makes all actors that don't have any behaviors that require physics immovable and sets their physics attributes to 0. However, it only increased fps by 2 on an iPhone 5, even though there were 300 moving actors. So I decided not to share it. If you need a tool for something feel free to send me a message.

    @manto1 would be great to try out a PC version. I detest using a OSX for anything but gamesalad! Then again the Macbook we have is ancient, and great as a paperweight when its not on!

    @Manto1 Have no need for this myself but very generous of you to share it to the public anyways :)
    Your physics attribute changer tool would be nice to try out though, should you change mind and decide to share it.

    @Tinpot PC version is ready, but there are some issues with creating the final package. I'm working on a fix for it.

    @JSproject Thanks! I can share a link for the tool. Are you looking for a Mac or Windows version?

    @Manto1 cool, Mac

    @JSproject‌ Here's a video and link for the tool:

    What I noticed while testing the tool is that it might not work as you'd expect. For example for the ground in the Cannon Physics template it set all physics attributes to 0, as there were no behaviors in the actor. That made the collision of the ball and the ground different. The ball slides like it's on ice.

    @tinpot Here's png converter for windows.

    Download for Windows

    You'll need to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 redistributable if you don't have it installed. It's in the zip file.

    Thought to say this, as someone might have use for this. I recently worked with someone, and they gave me images that had the wrong PPI. I used this tool to correct it. So, this tool does also change the PPI to 72. Useful especially if you have a lot of images.
