Cant upgrade to Pro

Been trying for 40 mins to upgrade to pro. It will not accept my debit card. I know for a fact there is money in the account. How can i get past this?

    I would love to know the answer to this as I've heard this problem no less than 50 times in the past. It won't be your card @kipdev‌ as this us a regular issue. I suggest contacting support & asking them the issue. Then post your answer back here so it will help others in the coming months. Welcome to the world of pro features & forums.

    You might want to contact support directly, they don't typically monitor the forums.

    well it got into a processing state. How long before I can use pro features? do i need to re download the gamesalad software?

    Normally you have to log out of creator and log back in once your pro @kipdev‌
