GameSalad Windows 7

Personal hello would like to know why the GameSalad not open on my windows 7 I cliko in open and not from any error will not open more not someone have some solution I am new to the forum and downloaded everything right it's for windows hope that someone help me excuse my english I'm Brazilian'm using translator

    Did you install all of the necessary items in the installer? Try restarting your computer after installing and then running as an administrator. If that doesn't work I would contact support.

    hello friend I installed the installer and GameSalad viewer and still not working

    Sorry I can't offer much more advice. I primarily use the Macintosh version, though I do have Windows 7 and Gamesalad runs fine on it for me. I just prefer the Macintosh version.

    Maybe try and un-install and re-install.

    I've done this several times and still the error. Can you recommend me another program then type this

    I haven't used either but I've heard of Construct 2 and Stencil. I think they both run on PC's.
